Talks from BlaineFest 2012: Cycles, Calibrations, and Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations (in honor of Blaine Lawson's 70th birthday), held at Stony Brook in October of 2012.
The conference website, which includes the videos, as well as slides for many of the talks, can be found here: http://www.math.sunysb.edu/Videos/Cycles2012/
Some of the video download links don't appear to be working at this time, so I would definitely suggest checking out the other videos by Griffiths, Wermer, Bourguignon, and Harvey.

Aaron Naber, Classification of Tangent Cones and Lower Ricci Curvature 59:52
The abstract for this talk is:
"We consider limit spaces (Mi,gi,pi) → (X,d,p), where the spaces $M_i$ are noncollapsed and have Ricci curvature uniformly bounded from below. In this case we study the set TC(p) of metric spaces which consists of the possible tangent cones at p, and give a classification result which says exactly which subsets of all metric spaces can arise as TC(p) for some such limit. We use this to build new examples of limit spaces with particularly degenerate behaviors. In particular we show limit spaces cannot be stratified based on their tangent cones, and that there exists a limit space for which there are even nonhomeomorphic tangent cones at a point. This is joint work with Toby Colding."
