SEED LIFE SKILLS is Hugh’s Georgia-based non-profit empowering youth to be sustainable stewards of food and financial resources.

HUGH ACHESON is the Chef/Partner of the Athens, Georgia restaurants Five Ten and The National; the Atlanta restaurant Empire State South; and the Savannah, Ga restaurant The Florence. In 2010 Hugh competed on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters: Season 3. He returned to the hit show as a judge on Top Chef: Seasons 9, 10, 11 12. He was nominated every year from 2006 - 2012 for the James Beard award for Best Chef: SouthEast and won in 2012.
