Over the course of six days she discussed performativity and politics, political theory, sovereignty, plurality, contemporary politics, zionism, hannah arendt, embodiment, gender, as well as the state of crisis in the Middle East and the history of Zion politics. She also discussed her previous two books, Precarious Life; The power of Mourning and Violence (2006) and Frames of War; When is Life Grievable? (2009). Public open lecture to the students and faculty of the European Graduate School EGS Media and Communication Studies department program Saas-Fee Switzerland 2009. Judith Butler
